A customer service representative will contact you by email or phone (whichever you choose) to confirm the date and time of your service appointment within 24 business hours of receiving your request (often much sooner). Any special requests should be addressed at that time. On the day of your appointment, a service technician can call you approximately 30 minutes before arriving at your home.
